The Food Pyramid

For Health, we have been looking at the food pyramid and the foods that are good for our body. We learnt about carbohydrates and how they give us energy. Proteins, like eggs, meat, and nuts help our muscles. And of course our favourite...TREATS! Which we should only eat as a treat or special occasion. Have a look at our food pyramids we created.
